First time experience with Cumberland MCHC. I am from Harlan and have never had a problem. They give my son a virtual with Tracey Blakely. The medication she called in was not covered by his insurance. There was 3 all together. 2 no coverage and 1 needs a PA. I call to tell her nurse that the creme needs a PA and tried explaining that his insurance does not cover the other 2 is there any way she could prescribe something that is covered because we don't have the money to pay that right now. All are so nice.
The dentist here is amazing he helped me get my tooth out that was really messed up and he really helped me do better in life because now instead of focusing on nerve pain I can focus on getting a better job and a better home. Thank you MCHC you guys are great keep up the good work!
