John came over to our home, identified which walls did not have existing insulation, took measurements and provided cost quote bid for blow-in insulation the following day. We scheduled the job, and the crew came over on time and walked us through what they were going to do. My apartment gets cold and I gave them a call to consider adding insulation. They contacted me pretty quick, and we set up an appointment in 2-3 days. They didn't try to sell something I didn't need: their employee told me I do have some insulation and it would not be worthwhile to upgrade it. I should just get a more powerful split AC with a heat pump, which they don't sell. Kudos for not pushing unnecessary purchase.
