I have used McHale for decades and they have always responded to any problem and taken care of it with ease. Yard care is so well handled that it is not something I have to ever worry about. They will always be my landscape company.
I had McHale out to provide a new landscaping plan and was specific I wanted no hardscaping. The fee for the design was $6k. They came back with plans including hardscaping that totaled close to $400k with some "inspiration" pictures. I also did not find them great in terms of timely responses and they never properly followed up after the attempted massive bait and switch sales effort.
Highly recommend this company!
