This company was supposed to deliver a sofa from Wayfair to me. The delivery got rescheduled three times in 2 weeks, changing the delivery window to times other than what I had requested such as 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. when I requested 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and then when I was finally available and made my entire day free, I got a call an hour after the delivery window saying that there was a truck breakdown and they couldn't get it to me until the following week! 1)gotta know which building 1-3 depending on freight. Appointment 0800. Arrived at 0755,got a door right away. Unld started ot 0830 done by 10a. NO OVER NIGHT PARKING
They suck for on time deliveries. Mine had a delivery date January 9 , rescheduled for January 16; now a third reschedule for Jan 20th… awful trucking for timely deliveries. Never again.
