They suck for on time deliveries. Mine had a delivery date January 9 , rescheduled for January 16; now a third reschedule for Jan 20th… awful trucking for timely deliveries. Never again.
After promising delivery before Christmas, and three cancelations, I received my Paykel refrigerator last night AT 9:00 PM!!! There was one single delivery person. He had absolutely no idea how to deal with the water filter, how to turn on the refrigerator (I tried scanning the code and downloading an app but had no luck), and he didn't bother to take the plastic off. I spent $400 to Parker and Sons plumbers when the refrigerator was supposed to be delivered two weeks earlier to install a recess box so I could push the refri... read more
