If I ever hear "Updike" as the supposed white glove delivery service, I will instantly cancel my purchase. Not only are they not English speaking, nor are they located in America, they also cancel, reschedule, cancel, reschedule all of your appts! Without even asking when you are available. Oh and the greatest part is that you are supposed to be waiting for them from 5 AM until 9 PM. Hard pass.

This company has had my couch in their possession for days now. I had a delivery scheduled and they called and rescheduled for the following day. The day before they now have rescheduled for four days later. Horrible customer service and will not work with me to fix the problem. They will have had my furniture in their possession for over a week.

worst service ever. Kept advising of new excuses to reschedule deliveries for a later date. Never available by phone and unwilling to work for a solution.

I ordered a couch through Wayfair, and Updike was responsible for the delivery. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience. After receiving a text to schedule my delivery, I selected a Thursday and even took time off work because none of the other dates worked for me, and I was excited to finally have a couch in my living room. My delivery was confirmed, and I even received another text the morning of saying my package was out for delivery. Throughout the day, my delivery window was pushed back four different times.
