About eight months ago I had a drain cleared out from a shower. I was charged $295 for the service, okay. However, the workman left a HUGE MESS behind, including water that seeped out into the carpet outside of the bathroom. I had to buy a shop vac to clean it up and do mold remediation. I sent photos to the owner, Angela - she was appalled and said the bill was forgiven due to the mess. McGuire used to be a great company with reasonable rates and reliable people. It was sold a few years ago however, and is a totally different place now. They sometimes show up when expected, or not. They sometimes are helpful, but sometimes they are jerks who blow you off if they get a better offer. I no longer will use them because they now are unreliable and rude.

Just needed wax ring replaced on toilet. It's hard to find people who are willing to do such small jobs these days. Called on Monday and they came on Wednesday. Chad and Randy got right to work and were finished in about 15 minutes. They were friendly and professional and we would definitely use them again.
