This is a very unprofessional business. I have been contacted once by phone asked to document my whole case in an email, then contacted recently ( months later) by a random email by Joel McGuire. I was asked to call his office regarding the email. When I did , he answered the phone himself . I had a very even toned , civil discussion on my behalf. He threw a lot of scary lawyer jargon and big numbers at me. Essentially, he told me I should lawyer up and hung up on me while I was talking .
Always available for advice or mentoring! Has a fantastic program in place!
