The technician was awesome and very professional. Gave great customer service. He diagnosed the problem quickly, discussed it with me and was able to complete the repair that day. Charged me exactly what was quoted, and was pleasant and presentable. Gotta say, service like this is hard to find.

Greg was our customer service representative. He was pleasant and attentive to our needs. Installation of our new air conditioner and furnace went smoothly. Also, we had a water heater replaced and that went well. We were given a nice gift a week later from the company. We are happy with Cate's. No complaints. Very professional and knowledgeable.
