Absolutely the worst customer service ever. If I didn’t have to choose a star I wouldn’t! I called and asked for gravel a load of septic rock for a drain, the woman on the phone sounded instantly annoyed. Her name is Karen ( should’ve known!) anyways was told the rock could be delivered today maybe tomorrow and if not more than likely Monday 😳 I asked if she could give me a date and she said no. Lady answering the phone has zero customer service skills in my opinion. Was given an estimate and they showed up and wanted 100$ more if I didn’t need the rock I would e waited on another company. Wish I didn’t have to pick any stars

I gave 2 stars as they only take a 50 minimum when using a debit or credit card, and you only find that out after the fact. It's not even posted anywhere about the minimum amount! She verbally told me after the fact.....1
