During resurfacing road surfaces in west oakland they incorrectly reinstalled manhole cover so bounces making loud noises every time car runs over. On communicating with company they disallowed any responsibility saying they would direct it to the city for repair turns out they are the only city contractor to deal with something like this. The cover is still making loud noises when a car runs over the receptionist did nothing saying the people were complaining ad nauseum.
