They charged $121 to simply quote on installing an a/c unit. The travel time from their office to my unit is 8 mins (5.4km). The quote ended up being $2970 for a unit that retails for $1207. And the quote fee was not refundable if we went ahead. I went with another local company who willl do the job for $1870, and their quote was free.
Would not recommend as I waited weeks for them to come and give a quote for new air conditioners for them to ring me a hour before there scheduled time to be there and ring me and say they can’t make the appointment due having to attend a site meeting somewhere else. Well if other people are more valuable to them then my business that’s fine.
Excellent service prompt and on time.The service man was very knowledgeable and helpful. Cannot recommend them enough.
