The office was clean, and the doctor was very nice and friendly; however, I visited twice and never received effective treatment for my acne or saw any results. After switching to a different dermatologist, I was able to see improvements quickly. I had my 1st visit here and was treated well. They made me feel so comfortable. Heather was very knowledgeable. I will definitely go back.

I went in there today for an appointment. They told me my insurance was overdue. They couldn't understand the concept that I pay a premium at the end of each month. I paid in October for November. It is pretty simple. I have never been late on an insurance payment, and I was treated like a criminal. I will never go back. I pay way too much for insurance and doctors to be treated like that. The billing department was not professional at all. The billing agent was very rude in the office, and they forced the patient to pay after the visit before the insurance kicked in. In addition, the amount they force patient to pay is over charged after the insurance EOB. It brings the patient extral hassle to call back to get the refund. Be careful with this office, please walk away if you can.
