Andrew McGuigan is slowly paying me back all the money he took from me for work he never completed. This review was once far more scathing but it seems he's doing his best to be an honest man. That being said it has been almost a year and a half since I gave him the money and he's only paid back about 60% of it. But I do appreciate he's trying. Edit #2: He's stopped paying me back and stopped answering my texts and emails. review changed back to 1 star.

Purchased a 30 yr old house. Had Andrew out to install an attic fan and rerroute the bathroom fans out of the side of the house as they were previously venting into the attic. He was very responsive and wanted 50% of the deposit upfront. We scheduled the work, the first date fell through but i was not notified until i called and asked what time he was coming the next day. Andrew was professional, fair and courteous in his dealings with me. I randomly found Andrew online. He installed a sub floor for me and it was a last minute request. He was compassionate about my urgent need for his carpentry work and squeezed me into his busy schedule. I am forever grateful for his expedient & neat completion of the job. I definitely plan to utilize McGuigan Carpentry LLC again.
