Very good caring, and they are nice people and they do All they can to help get you back on your feet a very good caring place to stay
if you love and care about your loveones don't send them here.
Better employees that care about the patients and are gentle. Mail could be delivered the day it is received for patients and not lost in the facility. Better food.
My mother is sick and wrote this to me today: Hate this place. Left hand doesn't know what the right is doing, they don't care about the patient, etc Looking for a better place for her to live. I am very angry!! I might need to see a lawyer about the conditions at McGuffey.
I like that my mom Betty Montgomery is always up and not in the bed all the time when I go to visit her but the smell sometimes ruins my appetite I think McGuffey's is a pretty good place it's kinda of relaxing and everyone seems nice
RecommendedI just recently started working here The staff is friendly and nice 👍 Everyone works great together I honestly starting to love this job . Every bad thing I heard about this company must have been a lie .
My aunt was sent to this facility because it had the only rehab bed available. If I had it to do over, I would have transferred her to another rehab facility as soon as possible. My aunt was not cared for in a medically professional manner. She had to be rushed back to the hospital and died a week and a half later. Would she have died anyway, perhaps. But her weeks at Mc Guffey ' s were filled with low quality care and discomfort.
I worked here for 7 years. Some people are nice to work with. They always short staffed night shift staff. They took our 25$ Christmas gift cards away from everyone. Made a game where folks was drawing numbers and win 500$ at a time. I saw people that were there a week and won then quit while others worked there for 10, 20, 30 years and didn't get squat.
