They blow crap all over adjacent property and when it is pointed out they get mad and use four letter words in response. Couldn't be more unprofessional.
on September 4th I emailed for an estimate. I received an email back from michael that he would have Martin get in touch with me. I emailed 2 more times because I did not hear anything. I finally emailed yesterday and told Michael how disappointed I was becuz I still did not hear anything and that I was going elsewhere. he emailed me back saying I'M SORRY TO HEAR THAT, I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND!!! and you want this company...no thank you.
He does not return phone calls. Has a very rude fellow working for him. I used him almost 20 rears. The fellow working for him now cancelled my lawn service. (he forgot how many times I took cold drinks out to him last year) I called Martin McGuane twice. He will not return phone calls. His worker did me a favor by cancelling me. Thank you rude worker.
We've used McGuane's for tree removal a couple of times. They are reasonably priced, reliable in time frame, and knowledgeable about which trees need trimming vs those which need to be removed. Also, their crew is kind to children watching from inside the house.
