would give mcgriff negative 10 stars if it was an option. horrible company that’s takes your money and literally forgets about you.. they are good about aggressively getting paid then cancelling your policy without providing options. don’t be a sucker. the person that sells you the policy disappears and your left waiting 30 minutes on the phone for a clueless admin..

Wrote earth quake insurance policies worth hundreds of thousands of dollars for our complex in Pawleys Island despite never being in an earthquake prone area EVER. Neglected their fiduciary responsibility. We are determined to never have Mcgriff underwrite ANY policy for our complex ever again.

worst insurance agent in the history of agents. Assured me my liability insurance was handled, leaving me without insurance for 23 days. refused to send me information to get insurance elsewhere. Currently withholding my annual premium that I cancelled after I got new insurance. These people are awful.

Do not use this company for flexible spending benefits. If this is who your employer uses, do not sign-up. My employer used this company. FSA benefits were extended due to COVID-19. After leaving my job, Mcgriff canceled my benefits and kept all of the money I deposited from my paychecks into my FSA without notification. I tried to use my FSA for a qualified event and was denied. After inquiring, the Mcgriff representative said the COVID-19 extension is only for active employees.
