Waited over a year to write this review and I can honestly say switching to McGriff Insurance Cape Coral was a great decision. Local office I can visit if needed and the staff is great. I have NO complaints at all. After shopping around again this year they still had the best rates. I have Auto Owners through McGriff Insurance.
We've been with this company for 8 years and have received excellent service. Ed Castner is the BEST insurance agent we've had in 35 years of marriage!
Probably the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with as far as customer service goes. Have been a customer for many years and is almost impossible to get hold of anyone on the line. Will use another company that actually answers the phone or at very least returns phone calls in less than a month.
