McGriff insurance is the definition of the worst of the worst. once they get your business expect to never have a contact, and never hear from them other than to collect a renewal payment. they intentionally make it impossible to speak with anyone and hide behind emails. watch out they will cancel you without notice and literally make zero effort to helpf out. avoid this company at all costs.
Positively the WORST insurance company in the state. No local contacts, 30 minute phone tree waits to try to speak with somebody, cancellations without notices--look before you leap. These people SUCK.
My family has experienced multiple issues with this company, which have made us feel uncomfortable and less protected. After having to pay almost $500.00 for tow services with this insurance company, a roadside assistance worker was dispatched late during the night, who was smoking and operating a vehicle with engine light on while providing services to my family.
