I would honestly give zero stars if that was an option. Their customer services is non-existent. They are all about taking your money but making you jump through 1000 hoops to use it. I am about to be out $3500 for a benefit that I paid for. And yes I know there are rules. I am simply trying to use my account to pay for medication prescribed by a doctor and filled at a pharmacy. If this is a “benefit” (I use the term loosely) offered by your employer DECLINE it.
My husbands job uses this agency for the flex card. FYI they don’t tell you and then they want receipts for everything and suspend your card if they’re not received! Then when you call to find out why your card doesn’t work you find out you need to submit receipts. If I find out they’re using them again I won’t participate!! I’ve had a flex card 20 years and had more problems with McGriff then I’ve had in all those years! Let me add the bills I had were from labcorp, eye dr and pharmacy... cmon people do your jobs !!
