I've been to all of the tool and equipment auctions in the area. These guys are a first class operation. Other auction houses should follow their methods. They make it clear what you're bidding on and as forthcoming with the equipment condition as they can be. If you're not happy with this outfit then you shouldn't be buying from an used equipment auction.
