If 0 starts were an option I would give it. I have had terrible customer service over a dining set I purchased from the Coralville store and took delivery of in May 2012 (2 yr warranty). In January 2014 it began developing small defects on the tabletop at one place setting. Initially I chose to ignore it because they were small.
