I went to the clinic this morning. Waited for 10 minutes in total. Receptionist was pleasant and the nurse practitioner was awesome. Only positive vibes
Terrible experience here , went there this morning they ask me to wait in outside waiting room , one man was in waiting room he got taken into a room so for sure I could come In they still stop me security said to wait till secretary was ready , she yells at me tells me she’s on the phone they let me in when she’s done , I left went to doctor up the street , empty waiting rooms wow
Saw nurse within 5 minutes. Got prescription for medicine
There is one Asian lady at the reception.She's racist, she makes a lot of faces if you are Indian. She was asking lot of medical confidential information and acts like a doctor. Also she will try very hard not to setup your meeting with doctor. She was very very rude and said why you people (Indian) always show up here and I will not give you any Sick note. However, Doctor and Nurses are so kind. They are really helpful except one lady at the reception.
