I have gone through Dr. Arnott, the South African English speaking doctor who demonstrated a degree of efficiency and also blunt in his daily interaction with patients alike. He kept the medical files in hard copy form and adopted the old school of his delivery of service. He has since retired and the practice has been transferred / purchased by Dr Ishak, who speaks English with a heavy foreign accent who used electronic computer bookkeeping of the medical files instead. I used to attend this physician when Dr. Arnott was practicing. Dr. Arnott was amazing, attentive, active and prepared. When the doctor changed, I wanted to stay for convenience; however, after booking an appointment, I was left waiting for over an hour in the main area. When I arrived for my 60-minute late appointment, I sat and watched the doctor read my file for 45 minutes. I would recommend going elsewhere appointment times are never met I find him to more concerned about filling out charge forms took four years of begging him to see a specialist dismissed my concerns and put blame on my dog for my health issues and he also discussed other patients issues with me not impressed at all….
