Our new construction home had a fairly complicated roof design with multiple gables, dormers, and a large vaulted section over the living room. Before insulation was installed, McGrefor Insulation met with our builder to review the plans and discuss the best approach for different parts of the attic. The attic cleaning and insulation replacement project in our home took three full days. The team removed contaminated insulation, cleaned the rafters, and installed blown-in insulation with the right R-value for the California code. We are satisfied with the results.

I have a large older home with tricky attic framing. McGrefor Insulation’s team used a combination of batt insulation and spray foam to make sure it was airtight. Ronny installed radiant boards across our attic before laying new insulation. I liked how he explained the airflow path from the vents to the ridge. After the work was done, the whole upstairs cooled off without needing a new AC unit. It's simple but effective if you get it done right.
