Some homes have several families living together. Children always playing in the street. Loud music constantly!

Do NOT move out here. The mobile home manager is crackhead and weedhead named Gretta. She is slack and has a nasty rude attitude. I have personally saw her in the middle of the road in this MHP arguing with a tenant like they were going to fight. Very unprofessional. I don't know how she became the manager. She's never in the office nor does she ever answer the phone or return phone calls. She probably be at home on plenty of fish looking for men like always... she needs to be replaced asap

We have lived in this MDMHP park for 23 years. The owners finally sold the park to a big corporation in about October or November. They have a young woman who they hired as the manager. The story goes they needed a manager and she somehow talked her way into being hired! This has really been causing a LOT of problems for the tenants that have been around since she was a little girl! It used to be one of the few mobile home Parks that you could call home and be proud of but since it was sold it has gone down hill.People that have lived there for several years and paid their rent on time are getting evicted over personal issues the new "manager" has. People shouldn't be singled out. If she doesn't know the people that come and go she runs downtown and spends the owners money on an eviction notice.
