Dr.McGraw or McGrave , as I like to call him, did not numb the top part of my mouth . And continued to scrape the roof of my mouth raw despite me screaming and crying and flailing my arms . He continued to blame me for not letting him know that the top part was not numb. He said he thought I was just panicking from the procedure in general. It was the most horrifying experience I ever had in my life.
Two implants with Dr McGraw and nothing but the best. Always the perfectionist and very compassionate!
Twenty years of the most professional and caring treatment, but most importantly, I still have my teeth. (-;
