Do not use this company for any reason. They do not care about making you happy with any of there services. And the property management company only cares about getting the rent and not processing the maintenance requires. And the communication is nonexistent. Do not under any circumstances use this company.
Do NOT clean for this realtor company. Matti Cline was responsible for payment and has avoided me for days. I was asked to clean a house with molded fridge and cat poop off the floor. When I showed up there was no running water, I accomplished what I could without it anyway. Spent two hours cleaning what I could but due to there being no running water and being told different times when water would be turned on, I eventually packed up to leave. Do not go through these people please whatever you do do not my dad has been a loyal renter for going on nine years. The landlord wants his house back when he goes to apply for another house to rent. These people gave him an awful Rental recommendation. they said he owes $3000 in late fees.
