I visited McGrath Toyota Service to get a second key programmed, and the experience was excellent. The service was quick and efficient, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend their service department!
Got the car in January. They bent over backwards to put me in a finance situation, because they make commission. I asked for the title to register it, the temporary registration expired 2 months ago they have been giving me nothing but problems getting a title to register the car. I've made three payments and will not make another one until I get the proper paperwork to legally drive this car. It's been 2 months plus of back and forth to sign more documents.
