I worked with Cheyenne and she was kind and professional. My car was services quickly and she was very helpful with some questions I had. Everything was through Toyota Care so I didn't pay anything for my service.
The service here was fantastic. The shuttle drivers are very friendly and professional. They are timely and provide frequent updates with your vehicle and your shuttle driver progress. I have always had a great experience with their service department here at McGrath Toyota and I recommend them. I personally have never had an issue. No place is perfect and if it is busy, you will have to wait a little bit, but their lounge is comfortable, and there are plenty of accommodations. Coffee is available in freshwater and snacks.
I visited McGrath Toyota Service to get a second key programmed, and the experience was excellent. The service was quick and efficient, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend their service department!
Got the car in January. They bent over backwards to put me in a finance situation, because they make commission. I asked for the title to register it, the temporary registration expired 2 months ago they have been giving me nothing but problems getting a title to register the car. I've made three payments and will not make another one until I get the proper paperwork to legally drive this car. It's been 2 months plus of back and forth to sign more documents.
