Got the car in January. They bent over backwards to put me in a finance situation, because they make commission. I asked for the title to register it, the temporary registration expired 2 months ago they have been giving me nothing but problems getting a title to register the car. I've made three payments and will not make another one until I get the proper paperwork to legally drive this car. It's been 2 months plus of back and forth to sign more documents. Quicker then i expected!!!
Terrible experience for my first Toyota car service at McGrath. I dropped my car to the advisor, Cheyenne, at 10AM, then told her I would pick up around 4PM, leaving sufficient time to do just engine oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my car, I was told it's not done until 5:20PM. The advisor pretended not to know the time at which she should deliver. Moreover, she seemed not willing to explain the reason why it was delayed so much, didn't even say "sorry", probably considered it's very reasonable to wait 1 hour ... read more
