Genuine and a Great Communicator . Lyndall Barry was knowledgeable, genuine and generous with her time to work with me from start to finish of my selling campaign. She was a great communicator and I felt confident that she had my best interests at heart. James Baker’s knowledge of the Avalon market combined with his calm, genuine manner made us feel we had put our Avalon home in the right hands from the outset of our 4 week campaign. It sold before auction for above our reserve despite a relatively flat market, and we were very happy.
