I recently decided to visit the new McGrath Nissan dealership in Elgin for an oil change and tire rotation. The online scheduling provided by the service department went very smoothly and I was able to get an appointment the very next day. I was greeted by Scott Watson and found him to be both very personable and professional, and equally eager to address my concerns. The whole experience went well and I look forward to returning when the need is there.
The service team is amazing. Scott and Joe has been taking care of both of my cars for years. They a very friendly and kind. Tell you wants going on with your car and what I can wait till next time. The team gets you in and out very fast and the new building is very nice. Please keep up the good all the good work Thanks
Amazing job with my oil change! Will come back here every time. Scott is wonderful and was very helpful when I inquired about touch up paint for a scratch on my vehicle.
