One of the worst retail experiences of my life and I am not young. First, they claimed that my car had to have it’s interior detailed before they worked on it, for which they wanted to charge me $500. As i make less than $500/hr. I elected to do it myself. I got setup and they closed. I put my stuff for detailing it and they told me to leave it there. When I came back it had been moved. I worked with sales Representative ***** at Berman Nissan of Chicago, looking for a safe car to drive more than 40 miles a day 6 days a week for work. We looked at several options, and I was able to test drive all of the models I was interested in. The service center had our vehicle twice as long as promised. No one returned our calls in three days. We had to physically go there and speak to someone. They said it was ready for pick up, but they had forgotten to do half of the major repairs we took it there for. We spoke to a supervisor who was polite but clearly didn't care we were upset. He simply said our bill is at the cashiers desk, have a good day. Customer communication and support is lacking at Suntrup.

Took a 2021 rogue for an oil change nothing wrong with the car prior to the oil change. Next day the car wouldn’t start after awhile got it started and got it to the shop they said oh it’s only a spark plug change just 1 by the way. Bought a Nissan Frontier (2017) in October 2024. The ad on the internet said it was a certified truck and had a warranty. When going to sign the papers found out that it was an ad that wasnt "supposed to be on the internet". Told to me by the used sales manager. After signing papers and ready to drive off the lot i realized the stereo system wouldnt connect to my phone. Id give Zero Stars if I could Our visit to Hanlees Davis Nissan in Davis, **, was one of the worst car-buying experiences we've ever had. I truly regret not walking away, and Ill be warning others to avoid this dealership.Customer service was poor from the start.
