Dropped off the car for a scheduled maintenance. They explained whats included and whats not included in the price they quoted me. I agreed to pay for the package. Once I go to pick up the car, and paid I realize that they havent replaced more than a few things that was on the scheduled maintenance package. I bought a Nissan Pathfinder 2020 and at the time of test drive, backup camera while reversing did not work. It was agreed by the sales team that they will take care of it after the purchase. I trusted them and purchase was completed. After i financed the car and start to drive it, i noticed that backup camera works periodically and goes on and off randomly. Both my parents went to Nissan and had a sale rep named Benny bs his whole way into the sale. My father got me on the phone and I was told by Benny that the car was 25k and that the manager priced the car down to 21k because he has a soft spot for disabled kids which was complete bs. The fact that he used my nephew to bs me I find super low and disrespectful. I called Nissan to let the manager know what his sales rep did and also to let them know what was wrong with the car.
