We recently had our car serviced here for its 2nd annual service. We had an 11am appointment and drop-off time, and were told it would be ready around 4pm. When we returned around 3pm, the car was still sitting where we had left it. We were told that sometimes they get too busy and services don't start on time. The car wasn't taken into the service area until around 3:48pm, and we ultimately weren't able to leave until after 5pm. We also mentioned a whistle sound when braking. Best buy ever! I recently bought a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross PHEV from Lansvale Motor Group and it has been the best purchase I've ever made. The service here is absolutely incredible. Fantastic service at Liverpool Mitsubishi McGrath! I had to reschedule my booking, and the team was so helpful and accommodating. My Outlander was serviced early in the morning, and I waited in the clean, comfortable customer lounge with coffee and TV. The service was completed quickly, and they took great care of both me and my car. Very happy from start to finish and highly recommend this dealership!
