This dealer is a complete rip-off! They only want to cosmetic anything they want to sell you, over-promise and under-deliver. 1. they disn’t explain any terms of the contract. They were in breach of the contract by not delivering on the agreed date, not fixing the dent on the contract, and still trying to force us into the deal by threatening a 10% compensation.
