I came today 10/7/25 for an RX 350 I saw posted. I am extremely happy with the service I received! John in sales was amazing! Very friendly, attentative, and efficient. Doug in finance was very nice as well. And I believe his name was Nick, who presented the car and all its features at the end, he was awesome as well. No overcharging + very transparent about each repair, recommendation, and cost
I am very upset that the work that was done on my Lexus GX470 caused me an expensive repair later on down the line when my GX470 wouldn't start all of a sudden, after 2 weeks of being serviced at the Lexus Chicago dealership. I had my GX470 towed to another dealership - Lexus of Maplewood in Minnesota. Their master technician found that the crank sensor wire harness was improperly placed next to the timing belt that the Lexus of Chicago replaced without informing me.
