Would give negative stars if I could! The service person was very rude, not willing to hear my concern and kept saying if you want us to look into somehing that could be a warranty it cost you $120 for us to look into it. Not even 2 minutes into our conversation and what I'm told is "Listen to me because I'm not gonna repeat myself again"! Try another Lexus dealer, I have had much better experience at other dealers.
I’ve driven approximately 5,000 miles on the same oil, my last oil change was around last year, and while I don’t drive heavily I expect an oil change to be due on my lexus vehicle. The mechanic, who by all accounts was nice, took my car cheerfully after I made a clear demand: 1) please conduct regular service and 2) an oil change. I came to the service department because all the sensors in my Lexus suddenly stopped working, and the infotainment system began randomly rebooting while driving, a very concerning issue, especially since it started after a recent recall service was completed. While the recall was service was performed, they were also fixing an alignment issue as my car was pulling to the right. When I got the car back the next day, it was pulling to the left instead. I find this service center a wolf in sheep’s clothing from the check in through the counter. Came in for a 20000 mile checkup and got reamed for a $400 charge for basically nothing and with a totally stoic demeanor to my dissatisfaction. Don’t sign off on anything at tge drop off before they lay out the reason they tricked you in there; you don’t need a $400 oil change
