I’m not sure how they are still in business. I had a challenging interaction and honestly, I don’t think it’s an agency that is being led appropriately at any level.
A full and robust review is required to ensure McGrath Knight Frank Tamworth is operating in accordance with its legal obligations in New South Wales. The management and sale of my property has been unacceptable. I have formally reported the Head of Property Management, Natalie Graham, to NSW Fair Trading and will continue to hold key personnel accountable for their conduct. Do not risk your property with this team!
Karen was fantastic from start ro finish, very friendly & professional. All requests were met, never had to ask twice. I was always kept informed, just a pleasure to work with. Her efforts will ensure I will use McGrath Tamworth again.
Dodgy, lazy, and unethical – avoid Burke & Smythe wouldn’t let us inspect the house before signing. It was filthy, full of the landlord’s stuff, and maintenance requests were ignored for over 3 months – only being addressed as we were moving out. They gave us a 30-day vacate notice, then spammed us with emails asking to renew.
