Bought a kia there called for service..waited 2 days and never even got the return phone call that was left on their answering machine...how rude... Don't want that kind of rotten service
We recently bought a vehicle that, unfortunately, was totaled within a month. I am so very please with the service department. I had a warranty item to get fixed with my head lights. They needed to keep my Telly for a day to get it fix. Gave me a free ride to work. By lunch they had me all fixed up. I loved it, checked my fluids and tire pressure.
