If I could give 0 stars I would- Stay away from here for service I have never had a smooth service experience with McGrath Kia, and unfortunately this latest visit was the last straw. I brought my 2023 Kia K5 GT-Line in because the check engine light was on. After diagnosing the vehicle, I was told it needed an Integrated Thermal Management (ITM) module and paid $1,567 for the repair. Bought a kia there called for service..waited 2 days and never even got the return phone call that was left on their answering machine...how rude... Don't want that kind of rotten service
