The service department seems to have no technical knowldge they does not know basic things like how much oil goes in the car. I have kia carnival hybrid and they charged me for 7 quart of oil change. After doing simple Google query it showed me that my car needs 5 quart of oil. The biggest mistake is trusting them with the car and that too kia and its kia dealership I mean how much smart you have to know how much oil is needed for basic oil change. We had been receiving post cards for vehicle recalls. My wife attempted to schedule an appointment Friday left a message returned the following Monday. She finally scheduled an appointment for the following week. She notified the scheduler which issues were to be addressed. When she arrived they told her the parts were not in stock and she would need to return when they had the parts. The service department Failed!

Terrible customer service. I have a check engine light on my Kia Forte and decided to go to this dealership since other Kia dealers had fully booked service schedules. I spent 3.5 hours sitting around waiting. I waited for the report, which I was told my transmission needed replaced for thousands of dollars. I waited even more for someone to fully answer my questions. I decided to leave without any repairs and ended up still spending almost $200 on nothing. Won’t go to this service center ever again.
