Had a good experience here getting something repaired under warranty. I would come back here again.
Instead of simply acknowledging the misunderstanding regarding a cabin air filter recommendation, Henry Hewitt chose to argue the issue rather than resolve it professionally. I started bringing my car here after purchasing from a different dealer, everyone here is incredibly nice and helpful. Both times I have had a service scheduled there have been no issues, and the complimentary shuttle service is amazing!
I have been in IL for about 5 years, I have engaged with most all the dealers around Chicagoland. McGrath, in all the interactions I've had, have been the best Auto Group out of anywhere around here. I will put it this way, I am leaving the state, butt I am sending all of my people here.
The service department seems to have no technical knowldge they does not know basic things like how much oil goes in the car. I have kia carnival hybrid and they charged me for 7 quart of oil change. After doing simple Google query it showed me that my car needs 5 quart of oil. The biggest mistake is trusting them with the car and that too kia and its kia dealership I mean how much smart you have to know how much oil is needed for basic oil change.
