I have a Kia K5 and have told the car service team about an issue with my car’s door THREE times. All of those times, they ignored me. I said I wouldn’t come back but my car had a recall. Si I took my car for a recall appointment and the first time they only inspected it but did not have the part to fix the issue. Had to go back a second time a week later. This is a good and honest review to leave regard it being a new Dealership close to my house! They were able to simply schedule my Dad’s car in for an alignment the first time almost a month ago and an inspection the second time on the same day! The Service advisor David Bloom and Service Manager Harry provided the best customer service, attitude, and hospitality to me for my car needs and Recommendations! Same with the Sales department! The worst experience we’ve ever had at a car dealership service center. Stay away from here if at all possible, and try another location.
