This is a good and honest review to leave regard it being a new Dealership close to my house! They were able to simply schedule my Dad’s car in for an alignment the first time almost a month ago and an inspection the second time on the same day! The Service advisor David Bloom and Service Manager Harry provided the best customer service, attitude, and hospitality to me for my car needs and Recommendations! Same with the Sales department! Great Place not sure what these other people are talking about but I had a 5 star experience Im local St Charles and all my friends that service there love the place too
The worst experience we’ve ever had at a car dealership service center. Stay away from here if at all possible, and try another location.
This is by far the worst dealer service center I've been to of any brand. Just stay away from these people.
