Very professional helped me get insurance for my business
Awful communication. Dropped me without notifying me in anyway and had to find out the hard way…also sent my boyfriend to collections after he switched to another insurance company for $50 without notifying him in anyway that he owed anything. We just got a collections letter in the mail.. Most unprofessional insurance group Iv ever had to deal with. It’s shocking they have any good reviews at all.. I cannot stress enough how terrible this company is!!
I have been with McGrath Insurance Group for over 25 years and I have worked with Melissa the whole time. I have nothing but High Praise for her professionalism, availability, accountability , and just a wonderful person. After all of these years and some claims she always has my best interest at heart. I would give them 5 stars plus rating..
