We have always been extremely grateful for the support of Frisby and McGrath and unfortunately we are saddened by our last experience. We are DVA pensioners and my husband has PTSD and heart failure. We were without power for almost 5 days and rang AGL and Energex regularly as did our daughter and neighbour. Efficient work, but when a real estate provides one phone number to contact, why are you contacting others at the residence?
We have had McGrath Frisby attend our home on two different occasions for plumbing and electrical work and have found them to be professional and proficient. Would highly recommend them.
McGrath Frisby dealt with an urgent plumbing issue for me. The office staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, and were able to quickly and efficiently sort out an urgent call out for me. The plumber who came did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend!
I had a small Mitsubishi split-system air conditioner installed by Liam from McGrath & Frisby. He did a great job, the work was of high quality, and neat with no corners cut including all the electrical work. To top things off, they even took away the boxes and packing material at job completion. Whilst the quote was not the cheapest, it is a quality and reputable local business and I would definitely use them again.
