I’d put 0 stars if I could. I scheduled an appointment for 7 AM, dropped the truck off around 6:30 and placed the key fob in the drop box. I tried multiple times to get a hold of someone in the service department to check the status but no answer. I finally get a call at 3:30 that my truck wasn’t touched, stating that the appointment was missed due to no show. Just a thought, maybe check the drop box before you start canceling appointments…. Another reason to avoid McGrath. Unbelievable!
I had a great experience with the service department at Ford McGrath! Joshua was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Even when there was a hiccup with the warranty, he handled everything quickly and kept me informed the whole time. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and I really appreciated his patience and clear communication. It's not often you feel genuinely taken care of at a dealership, but Joshua and the team delivered excellent service. Highly recommend!
I want to give a huge thank you to Kevin and all the service techs at McGrath Hyundai! They truly went above and beyond to make sure all my repairs were covered under warranty and got my car back to me as quickly as possible. When I came in to pay, I was just a couple of dollars short, and without hesitation, all of the gentlemen there offered to cover the remaining balance. I went to Ford to get an inspection to find out why my 2018 Ford ecosport (with only 47,000 miles on it) blower motor and radio display will not work. I spent 4+ hours waiting with a 2 year old for them to tell me they have to do a computer update and that I will have to leave my car overnight. Returning to pick up my car they let me know about all the minor things they could fix with a price of almost $4,000 (no thank you sir) and that blower motor works(charge ld me $200+ but nothing they can do about screen and that I nee... read more

Thank you for responding in a timely manner and making sure we are happy with the outcome. We will be back just because of this. Not happy and wouldn’t recommend. Took our 2016 Navigator in for an oil change last week and the service department recommended we do a transmission flush. Three days later our check engine light is on.
