Not impressed with the service here every time i come in. If I do everything they want me to do on my 3-year-old Ranger, it would be $1200, and a simple oil change, tire rotation, and balance is $300!!! Absolutely absurd, especially when the balance is $99, and I purchased the truck from these folks. A cabin air filter replacement costs $50, and I was told it was "involved," which it isn't; it's simply behind the glove compartment. 150 for diagnosis, then another 300 for more diagnosis, and they still didn't fix the problems or even know what it was for sure.
I’d put 0 stars if I could. I scheduled an appointment for 7 AM, dropped the truck off around 6:30 and placed the key fob in the drop box. I tried multiple times to get a hold of someone in the service department to check the status but no answer. I finally get a call at 3:30 that my truck wasn’t touched, stating that the appointment was missed due to no show. Just a thought, maybe check the drop box before you start canceling appointments…. Another reason to avoid McGrath. Unbelievable!
I had a great experience with the service department at Ford McGrath! Joshua was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Even when there was a hiccup with the warranty, he handled everything quickly and kept me informed the whole time. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and I really appreciated his patience and clear communication. It's not often you feel genuinely taken care of at a dealership, but Joshua and the team delivered excellent service. Highly recommend!
