Where do I start? Salesman: The salesman (Marcus) was very nice. I will say that up front. That being said, there were several features that I knew more about on the vehicle than him, which should NOT be the case. He was forgiving of my nature (not friendly negotiator), which says a lot about his character. Within negotiations, Marcus said Ford would throw in a spray liner for the bed. To say that we are impressed with McGrath is a HUGE understatement! From the moment we first talked with our salesman, Tyler Feldmann, we knew this was a different experience.
