I was very skeptical being that this was my first “big girl” purchase. We got paired with one of the nicest, understanding, and easiest people to work with there. Joey Boyce made sure I felt heard and understood. I couldn’t give him a bigger shout out because without him being there I don’t think I would have purchased a vehicle. Highly highly recommended going there and working with him!!
Came in and traded my 2013 jeep wrangler unlimited sport for a 2024 Ford maverick. They worked with me. Will and marshal did really good
Very comfortable experience as people know, when you go to a car dealership. We weren't pressured at all. We will be returning
Solomon was great but the dealership makes things as difficult as possible. Me and my brother went in to buy new cars. Not finance. Not lease. Buy them outright. There's no reason that process should take 5 hours... just take the money and give me the car... why make it so difficult? I could see it taking that long to get financing. And when I get in the car it was dirty. Mud on the floor mats. Dust all over and a big stain in my roof liner. Love my new car. Not a fan of the dealership.
