This dealership treats their employees terribly and scams customers every day. They fired me 3 weeks after requesting accommodations for my disability. After writing my coworker and myself up for every mistake we both made while our trainer was on vacation. They didn't like me raising their unethical practices and discrimination to HR and Leadership. Was an absolute awesome experience. Brett Merck was super communicative regarding the eta on when my vehicle would be done! I will most definitely suggest any and every one who has a Ford to go to McGrath Ford service with the outstanding customer service I received!!
