Brett, at the Hiawatha Ford location was amazing! My car was done in precise time. It was cheaper than I had expected and seriously exceptional customer service! Not only did Brett have my car dropped off at my work that morning, but also the driver came into the store, found my location, and brought my keys to me!!!! Literally best experience for something as frustrating as having car problems!! Thank You McGrath!!
Trevor, Carter, Cole and Ross were great to work with, this is the second Ford I have bought from them and the second time I will say I’m coming back! Very pleased with the transparency, and effort put into finding the right truck for me and work they did to make it fit my budget!
