We moved into Mount Waverley three years back in a property managed by Kristen Hilliker. She was extrememly responsive and supportive right from the day I met her. We moved in Mount Waverley 8 months back in a rental property. We have worst experience with McGrath agency in Glen Waverley specially Kay it’s been 8 months there is no light in the Garage and backyard and so many other issues need to be fixed but no update from Kay? I told her so many times but the problem is still there. I will never recommend them to anyone.
Recently moved to Mount Waverley into a property looked after by Mc Grath Mount Waverley and I have been very impressed by the hard work of Kristen to help us move as smoothly as possible in the area. Reactive, respectful, one of the best property manager I ever had. Will definitely use McGrath again in the future.
非常幸运能够遇到Kay. 刚到墨尔本时因为没有租房经验被一家不是很正规的中介公司欺骗过，导致之后租房时都抱着浓浓的焦虑感和不安全感.很感谢后来遇到了Kay，不仅没有沟通障碍，她还明确告诉我了入住前所有要做的事情，哪些是作为租客所需要承担的责任哪些不是. 租住期间有任何事情也会及时联系我或回复我以解决它们. 合同结束后因故要回国了，在检查完房子没有问题后，她还细心的告诉RTBA需要加急处理，最好Bond金也非常快速的拿回了（这里提醒留学生小伙伴们，只要平常注意爱护房子，走之前让专业清洁公司好好清洁到位，一般都能顺利拿回bond金的） 等下次再回来时，会第一时间联系这位我在墨尔本最信任的中介姐姐：）祝工作顺利！
