Had the displeasure of ending our tenure with Cheryl Edwards who we had to fight had against to rightfully get our full bond back. We hired a professional cleaner for an "end of tenure" clean (more detailed than a regular house cleaning service). We also hired a gardener and Cheryl was dissatisfied with both services, demanding both be redone.
