In my honest opinion this is one of the most ineffective agencies I have work with. I sold a home with them a few years back. It was a nightmare. Initially they promised us 200K more then we sold for which has a whole saga, but to make matters worse every time their marketing team made updates to the ad for inspection times they were wrong and me and my wife had to contact them to update.
