I was happy to make a purchase at McGrath yesterday, working with Spiros to make the deal. He was receptive to my questions and suggestions and very professional in manner. Later I met Denise who helped me with some electronic connections in the car and she was also helpful and informative. In addition, Gulliermero in the finance office guided me through the various warranties and financial options. As far as I'm concerned McGrath Acura is top notch!
Horrible experience drove 4 hours to and if i didn't like the car would not have bought it. The dealer didn't do anything no deal negotiation no compromise and to top off had to buy 2 new tires for the car. And because I drove 4 hours to the dealership in my viewpoint they didn't even because in there mind I drove all that way that I was getting the car not matter what. Plus since the car wasn't an acura but an hyndai wasn't putting the same energy into as the acuras. I will not buy another car ever from this dealership and ... read more
