I recently bought a new car from McGrath Acura. They were a pleasure to deal with. Rodrigo was very helpful and kind with the sales process and test drive. His colleague Icho was very helpful and explanatory with the paperwork and financial aspects. I would buy another car from them in a heartbeat.
My wife and I commend the staff we experienced at McGrath Acura in Morton Grove in the purchase of our 2018 Toyota Rav4. Everyone at this Acura dealership is always kind, helpful and easy to work with. I felt they listened to my needs and helped me find what I wanted. It took time but we got there.
We bought a 2013 Honda CR-V for my daughter at McGrath Acura of Morton Grove, and Justin took great care of us. He was patient with all of our questions, quick to respond by text, and worked with us to reach a fair price. He shared the inspection report and paperwork when we asked, and he was upfront with us when something needed to be corrected. Buying a used car can be stressful, and Justin made it much easier. Thank you, Justin!
I had a wonderful experience with Medina. She was funny, knowledgeable and made the entire experience from arriving on the lot until it was time to leave absolutely incredible. I am beyond happy with my Acura RDX and i will be a return customer in the future. Thank you Medina- i HIGHLY recommend her and McGrath!
