McGrath Acura refused to service our vehicle after having an issue with our new-used car an hour after driving it off their lot. They accepted our appointment a week prior and called to cancel it 10 minutes before the appointment started stating our vehicle needed to go to another dealer to get serviced. They were not responsive and inconsiderate when communicating at the last minute. We are disappointed in how this was handled.
