Honest, reliable and thorough. The first out-of-town hvac company I could find to come over 4th of July weekend told me I should replace my unit for about $20,000. I then contacted Steve and son, they fixed it for under $200. They are on my speed dial for any hvac issues from here on out.
Steven is a great person. One of my tenants complained about the AC unit making a loud sound. We called Steven and he came right away and analyzed the situation. It turned out to be some extra noise due to vibration of the condenser unit. He added some insulation to quiet down the unit a bit and that made the tenant happy. He is very honest and did not try to do more than what was actually needed. He will be my go to guy going forward for my HVAC needs. I strongly recommend him.
Steven is a top-notch HVAC guy and he runs his company with integrity. I highly recommend McGrady & Sons to anyone in our mountain community.
Steven was quick to respond. He came out the next day diagnose the problem quickly , ordered the part and fixed it as fast as he could. He did it with a smile and answered other AC questions while he was here. The price was less than I thought it was going to be. I highly recommend him. Jeff
