I searched the website and noted their store was in Tucson. I wasn't sure if they had a store front so I emailed. I didn't hear back. A few days later, I was in Tucson and called their 1 800 number and left a message. No return call. I later called their direct number. No answer. I definitely won't be ordering if they can't return an email or 2 phone calls. Voicemail advised they would call back. Nope.
Great service and support with my cutting board projects-the staff is friendly and helpful!
