We had a very disappointing experience with this builder and do not recommend. We built in 2022, and had significant issues mostly due to very poor communication from the builder which cost us more money in variations. We felt the quality of contractors used by McGown Homes also resulted in a range of disappointments, particularly with the finishing. We had to get the QBBC AND HIA involved during out build. i have used other estate agents in the past but have to say mcgowan homes is the best the staff have helped me through start to finish.A great family company with a great service . jonathan mcgowan comes round to your home gives a free appraisel . takes all the photos and puts your house on the internet . the staff then deal with any concerns with the sale and guide you through the sale to completion. if you do not like to deal with other people with viewings they offer a free viewing service a highly trained member of the... read more
