I had a great purchasing experience with Giorgio at McGovern Volvo. Although, I purchased a 2023 Honda Ridgeline from their previously-owned inventory, the experience was no-hassle, and I got a good trade-in value.
First off I reside in New Jersey and was dealing on the phone with staff there was never any pressure and they always treated me with respect. I didn’t feel like they were just trying to sell me a car.. I had made an appointment and took the 3 Hour Dr. to go look at the vehicle which I wanted when I got there. They had the vehicle ready.
