I used to come here regularly for repairs, as I trusted the dealership I purchased from. As time went on, service has gotten worse and more expensive. The last repair is the nail in the coffin. They messed up a side view window repair (it just fell out 50 miles later when the door was closed), and then wouldn't give a refund for their incompetent $300 repair or any kind of discount since their original quote was 3x less than the actual quote ($900!). Service advisor, matthew morganelli was super kind and helpful and was great with his communication!
Did not buy a car here, but did bring my new Honda here for service. They took care of my vehicle and made sure each concern was dealt with and the vehicle serviced in a timely manner. will definitely be using them in the future for continuing service
