We have two vehicles with this dealership. Their sales consultants are highly professional and their service is courteous and friendly. Since this dealership is closer to my home, I decided to bring my wife’s 2024 CR-V Hybrid here for maintenance. It was my first time coming here, as I usually go to Kelly Honda. I have to say this has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM.
