Since this dealership is closer to my home, I decided to bring my wife’s 2024 CR-V Hybrid here for maintenance. It was my first time coming here, as I usually go to Kelly Honda. I have to say this has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM. I arrived at 2:58 PM and ended up driving away at 3:27 PM without anyone speaking to me.
